Camellia M. Johnson is a member of the Potter’s House where Bishop T.D. Jakes is founder and Pastor. She is a faithful member of the Golden Vessels Ministry where she prays and helps lead the elders into praise and worship services monthly. She's also an intercessor. Camellia was born and reared in Waco, Texas. She was baptized at the tender age of ten years old. Her foundational teaching came from Kenneth Copeland Ministries (Eagle Mountain International Church) and World Changers Church International-Creflo Dollar Ministries. She started believing, receiving and witnessing, as she grew closer to God. She has one darling daughter, Ashley, who really loves the Lord and fellowshipping with others.
Camellia has had book signings in Waco, Texas at Hastings and Barnes N Noble. She has also had book signings at Black Bookworm in Fort Worth, Texas; Black Images Bookstore in Dallas, Texas; Family Christian Center in Irving, Texas and Nubian Bookstore in Morrow, GA. All of these locations carry her book. Her books are also available on line through Amazon.com where she has 5 stars from her readers and by calling 1-800-431-1579. Camellia has been the featured author of Atlanta based magazine "Booking Matters" in March 2003. She has her own column with Vitas Hospice services called "Ask Camellia". She is also a contributing author of a California based magazine entitled "Gospel Magazine."
Camellia believes in giving and doing good deeds for God and as she takes care of God’s business, she knows that God will take care of her needs and desires. Camellia has a prayer service for young widows by e-mailing her at questions@camelliajohnson.com. Her prayer is for others to know what God has and still doing in her life and for them to have faith that the same will happen for them with faith that nothing is too hard for God.
